How HSPconnect works

The Forum is for asking questions or sharing topics of interest
Member Spotlight is for members to write articles or share their writing in any way that's important to them
Only share how much you want to share, a little or a lot, for others to find you and connect

I believe we have a crisis of friendship in the UK and my commitment to you is to support the creation and development of a community of HSPs where people are deeply invested in the care and support of each other. Where respect and emotional maturity is fostered.

I’m an HSP and have been a psychotherapist for 20 years. I work one-to-one, hold support groups, therapy groups, teach workshops and have been specialising in working with HSPs for 10 years.

I have particular interests in nature and spirituality, and I support people with eco distress.

As a white woman, I am committed to anti-racism and decolonisation work. You are especially welcome to this membership if you identify as Black, Asian or from a Minority Ethnic culture.

I have been running a large community of highly sensitive people for the past 10 years with regular meetings, both community meetings and social gatherings. HSPconnect is building from that foundation and is different in that it gives you the opportunity to build and develop relationships over time.

I want to develop this community with you and see it evolve and change over time as we address the needs of the group.

Can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at anytime and your details will be removed from the map within 14 days.

Will I get a refund?

Yes you will. Once you have joined you get the standard 14 days to ask for a refund. We hope that you will want to stay, of course, as we are embarking on the journey of creating this community together.

Are the community meetings included in the cost?

Yes. There are online and in-person community meetings specifically for members to get to know each other.
